Shipping Policy

At SaltLightLuxe, we’re committed to delivering your order efficiently, securely, and with the level of care your purchase deserves. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods, there may be slight delays — but we’ll always keep you updated if that happens.

2. Domestic Shipping (UK)

We offer a Standard shipping option within the UK:

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48 or equivalent) – £3.99 (Free for orders from £35.98 upward).

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on location or external factors.

3. International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Standard International Shipping: from £9.99 (rates vary by country)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on destination

All international orders are shipped with tracked services. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your local regulations — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

If your tracking number doesn’t update within a few days, feel free to reach out to us.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or sanctioned countries. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please get in touch before placing your order.

6. Delays or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted couriers, delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, customs, strikes). If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll investigate right away.

For lost or missing packages confirmed by the courier, we will offer a resolution (reshipment or refund) once the investigation is complete.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you realise you made an error, contact us ASAP — we can only update addresses before the item is dispatched.

We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Packaging

Our pieces are packed with care to reflect the SaltLightLuxe experience. We also aim to use sustainable packaging wherever possible — because excellence and responsibility go hand-in-hand.
